Onya App Tech LTD Print-on-Demand Clothing Service Terms and Conditions
1. Service Overview
Onya provides an all-in-one gym management platform, which may include:
- Member booking and management system
- Member-facing mobile application
- Integrated merchandise store (including production and fulfilment)
- Tools to support customer engagement and retention
2. Subscription & Pricing
- This Agreement operates on a rolling monthly subscription basis.
- Billing occurs on the same calendar day each month as the initial sign-up date.
Founding Offer:
- £125 per month for the first 6 months from sign-up
- After 6 months, the subscription will automatically increase to £249 per month
- The subscription will continue at £249 per month ongoing unless cancelled
There is no long-term contract or minimum commitment.
3. Existing Merch Subscription
- If the Customer has an existing Onya merchandise subscription, this will be cancelled and replaced upon onboarding to the Onya platform.
- The Customer will be moved onto the subscription outlined in Section 2.
4. Payments & Fees
- All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- The Customer agrees to connect and maintain an active Stripe account.
Transaction Fees:
- Standard Stripe transaction fees apply to all payments processed through the platform.
- These include card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and similar payment methods.
- These fees are charged by Stripe directly and are separate from Onya subscription fees.
5. Merchandise Store
- The Customer retains 100% of profit generated from their merchandise store (after production costs).
- Onya manages production, fulfilment, and delivery of merchandise.
- The Customer has control over product pricing.
6. Cancellation
- The subscription may be cancelled at any time.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
7. Data & Ownership
- The Customer retains ownership of all customer and member data.
- Onya may process this data solely for the purpose of delivering its services.
8. Service Availability
- Onya aims to provide a reliable and high-quality service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- Features and functionality may evolve over time.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Onya shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
- The service is provided on an “as is” basis.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to the Onya platform and completing checkout, the Customer confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
